I took my 10 year old twins and my 76 year old dad with me on the Ultimate Family Church History Tour. This was one of the best experiences of my life. We didn't just visit historical sites of the restoration, we experienced them. This tour did everything to make our travel convenient and spiritual. The ages of the people of our group ranged from my kids age to my dad's age, and in the end, we were all family. I will always treasure this life changing experience. I cannot rate HI 5 Live high enough and look forward to my next adventure with this amazing tour group

This was such a special and unique experience! I seriously loved this trip so much and am so grateful to have seen some of the most significant and important historic church sites. The spirit was present in every moment during our trip, at the sites, through leaders and youth and everywhere we went. I initially thought it’d be like Fsy on tour, and while there are similarities, it is a completely different experience all together. They’re both amazing, but this is seriously a once in a lifetime opportunity that I’ll never forget. I LOVED my leaders so much and hearing stories from them never got boring! You’ll end up loving everyone on the tour and finding/growing your testimony of our savior Jesus Christ, God, Joseph Smith and many of the saints that helped in building and restoring the gospel of Jesus Christ. Being with Brad Wilcox was also so so special. He is amazing and will love and teach you more than you could ever imagine. There’s so much more I could say abt this tour! If you have the opportunity to go and be apart of this, DO NOT MISS IT! It will change your life in the best ways!

Visiting the places where so much of early Church history unfolded made the stories come alive in a way I never expected. Oh my gosh, this literally was most amazing experience. Founder

Kori grew up in a little town called Mountain Home, ID. He and his wife Katie are the blessed parents of 6 children.

Kori founded Hi 5 Live in 2017. He has a Master’s in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. He has been a religious educator for 15 years and enjoys speaking at EFY (now FSY), BYU Education Week, and other youth events. He loves jamming on his ukulele, watching Emperor’s New Groove with his kids, and eating refrigerated Cheez-It’s.

David Palmer is the cofounder of Hi 5 Live Tours, where faith, history, service, and pure joy meet on the road. A lifelong teacher and storyteller, David has spent nearly 30 years as a religious educator in Seminaries & Institutes, helping young people deepen their faith in Jesus Christ and strengthen their understanding of the restored gospel. He holds a master’s degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University and brings a warm, gospel-centered approach to every journey he leads.

Through Hi 5 Live Tours, David helps create unforgettable experiences—from Church History Tours and Belize Humanitarian Trips to Youth Adventures and the music-filled “Hear Hymn” Tours—all designed to help travelers feel the Spirit, deepen their testimony, and build meaningful connections.

David travels with his favorite companion and eternal teammate, his wife, Tia, whom he married in 1997. Together, they are the proud parents of four and delighted grandparents. Whether he’s guiding a temple day, singing Restoration hymns on sacred ground, or handing a hammer to a teen in Belize, David’s goal is simple: help people hear Him, feel joy, and see the world through the lens of faith.

Josh and Jalin are truly a case of opposites attract. You will often find Josh on the golf course, at the ping pong table, behind a boat, or on the court. You will find Jalin arranging songs on the piano where is is classically trained, reading a book, sitting on the porch listening to a conference talk, or planning the pick up/drop off route for their 6 kids. What brought them together was an institute class 12 years ago. Jalin fell in love with josh on their 3rd date watching him give a fireside and he’s been trying to teach the gospel at firesides or in classrooms ever sense to keep her hooked. They love the youth and love learning and growing together despite their many differences.

I took my 10 year old twins and my 76 year old dad with me on the Ultimate Family Church History Tour. This was one of the best experiences of my life. We didn't just visit historical sites of the restoration, we experienced them. This tour did everything to make our travel convenient and spiritual. This was such a special and unique experience! I seriously loved this trip so much and am so grateful to have seen some of the most significant and important historic church sites. The spirit was present in every moment during our trip, at the sites, through leaders and youth and everywhere we went.
