Youth Tour Conduct and Relationship Policy
Revision Date: November 20, 2025
What is your policy regarding youth and relationships?
One of the purposes of this youth tour is to help participants build healthy, respectful friendships—including learning how to navigate normal feelings and interactions with the opposite sex in a Christ-centered way. We welcome positive, friendly connections and want everyone to feel included and valued.
To keep the experience safe, uplifting, and focused on our purpose, we do have clear expectations about physical and private one-on-one behavior:
Behavior Not Allowed on the Tour
• Kissing, making out, or any breaking of the law if chastity
• Sneaking out of rooms or meeting privately after lights-out
• Entering another participant’s room for any reason
• Creating situations where youth are alone in bedrooms or private spaces
These guidelines are not about judging friendships or even pre-existing relationships—they are about protecting the Spirit of the tour, keeping people safe, and avoiding situations that place youth or leaders in difficult positions.
Important Note
If a participant engages in any of the behaviors above, they will be sent home at their own expense. This isn’t meant to be punitive—it’s to ensure the environment stays safe, respectful, and centered on the purpose of the tour for all participants.
We truly want every youth to feel welcome, supported, and part of a strong, Christ-focused group experience. Thank you for helping us maintain an atmosphere where everyone can grow, learn, and build friendships in uplifting and appropriate ways.
